HR Recruitment Analyst – Bilingual English/French (European Institutions)

About the role

Join a European Institution as a Recruitment Analyst, supporting talent acquisition across a bilingual English‑French environment. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Post vacancy notices, source candidates on LinkedIn, screen CVs, schedule interviews and prepare offers.
• Act as the single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers on recruitment logistics.
• Assist recruiters in managing reserve lists and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with the Budget and Finance Unit to handle travel expenses for candidates.
• Prepare internal recruitment reports and analytics.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for the traineeship programme, including onboarding activities.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) and French (B2/C1 level).
