HR Generalist Internship

About the role

As an HR Generalist Intern at NTT DATA you will join a dynamic HR team in Luxembourg and gain hands‑on experience across core HR functions. Over a six‑month period you will support recruitment, training, onboarding and compliance activities while working closely with senior HR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new interns, including interview coordination and welcome events.
• Collaborate with the Senior HR Officer to help design and deliver training programmes for employees.
• Support the HR Business Partner in managing the full onboarding journey, probation follow‑ups and career‑development initiatives.
• Provide research and administrative support on labour‑law matters to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (Master 1 or 2) or a Business School.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn.
• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
