HR Business Partner – Talent Management & Development

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic ally to managers and employees across Luxembourg and other regions, aligning HR practices with business goals. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on building people capability through talent acquisition, learning, career development and employee lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: draft job descriptions, post vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews and manage offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration plans for new hires, including announcement communication and tracking of hiring statistics.
• Identify training needs with managers, design learning paths, organise sessions, liaise with external providers and monitor training budgets.
• Drive talent and people management programmes, supporting performance cycles, career conversations and mobility requests.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice on employee relations, salary reviews and other HR matters.
• Maintain accurate records of the staff life‑cycle from entry to exit.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development and career management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with managers across multiple countries.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
