HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic ally to managers and employees, aligning HR practices with business objectives across Luxembourg, France, Morocco, Monaco and other regions. The role supports organizational performance through talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, career management and broader HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes, draft job descriptions, manage job postings, conduct interviews and oversee offer management.
• Organize new‑employee announcements, onboarding plans and track hiring statistics.
• Identify training needs, design learning paths, schedule training sessions and liaise with external providers.
• Maintain training records, monitor attendance and manage the training budget.
• Drive HR talent management and people management programs, including career counseling and mobility support.
• Advise managers and employees on HR matters, handle salary review requests and manage the full staff life‑cycle.
• Lead the annual performance evaluation cycle and related reporting.

Required profile

• Motivated and driven HR professional with experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and employee relations.
• Ability to work closely with business leaders and line managers across multiple countries.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage recruitment, training and HR processes.
