HR & Administration Manager – Poland Entity (Based in Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead the HR function for our Polish entity while being based in Luxembourg. You will work closely with local management and Group stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations, payroll governance, and compliance with Polish labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HR and administration activities for the Polish entity.
• Oversee payroll in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labour law and immigration requirements.
• Support managers on employee relations and day‑to‑day HR matters.
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures and reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for external partners such as payroll, legal and occupational health providers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of HR experience in Poland, preferably as a HR Generalist or HR Manager.
• Strong experience in payroll, HR administration and employment law.
• Solid knowledge of Polish labour legislation.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Hands‑on, organised and pragmatic approach.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
