Helpdesk L1/L2 Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk L1/L2 professional to provide first and second line IT support for a private bank in Luxembourg. You will be the primary point of contact for end‑users, handling incidents, service requests, and technical issues across Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, OS, and network problems.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policies, and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, applications, and virtual machines using enterprise management tools.
• Manage endpoint devices with Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, compliance, and MDM.
• Monitor virtualized environments and ensure incidents are resolved within SLA.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support or IT Support Engineer roles providing Level 1 and Level 2 support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for both technical and non‑technical users.
• Ability to prioritize multiple incidents in a fast‑paced enterprise setting.
