Head of Reporting & Analytics (Hybrid, 80-100%)

About the role

As Head of Reporting & Analytics for Swiss Re Europe (SRE) and Swiss Re International (SRI), you will own the end‑to‑end reporting and analytics function for Luxembourg entities and their branches. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team of 6‑7 professionals, shape legal‑entity reporting strategy and drive finance transformation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing reporting and analytics team, fostering ownership, learning and operational excellence.
• Own all local reporting activities, including Lux GAAP statutory reporting, Solvency II and Solvency UK submissions, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Provide concise internal management reporting to the SRE/SRI Board of Directors, Management Committee and other senior forums.
• Drive the strategic reporting and analytics agenda, aligning priorities with GFO&T transformation goals.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership and regulators.
• Design, test, launch and continuously improve the Legal Entity Dashboard, promoting adoption across stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to create scalable, standardised reporting workflows.
• Represent the team in senior management, regulatory and cross‑functional governance bodies.
• Strengthen regulatory reporting governance through robust controls, documentation and data‑quality frameworks.
• Support regional and global Carrier Management activities, including senior meetings, knowledge‑sharing and training programmes.
