Head of Managed Payroll Services

About the role

As Head of Managed Payroll Services you will lead the payroll Managed Services team at SD Worx Luxembourg, driving capability, knowledge and efficiency while ensuring accurate, on‑time delivery of payroll services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage on‑shore and off‑shore payroll teams and their managers, providing coaching, performance appraisals and recruitment support.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with local laws and regulations and manage associated risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high satisfaction.
• Oversee profit and loss for the payroll services division, manage budgets, forecast performance and optimise profitability.
• Collaborate with implementation, sales, services and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and avoid silos.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Extensive experience in payroll services management, preferably in a remote delivery centre environment.
• Proven track record managing multi‑stream programmes in large, complex organisations.
• Experience applying formal change‑management methodologies.
