Head of Finance & Conducting Officer – Valuations

About the role

This is an executive, hands‑on leadership position responsible for the full finance function of a regulated Luxembourg RAIF, its management company and multiple European entities. The role also carries the Conducting Officer designation for Valuations from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A across all European entities.
• Lead statutory reporting and audits under IFRS and Lux GAAP.
• Manage fund‑level finance, NAV production, fund accounting and liaison with administrators, depositaries and AIFM.
• Serve as Conducting Officer for Valuations, overseeing AIFMD‑compliant valuation governance.
• Oversee loan operations, cash flows, capital calls, drawdowns, distributions and waterfall execution.
• Handle firm‑level treasury, liquidity, payroll and intercompany settlements.
• Produce quarterly and annual investor reports, capital account statements and board packs.
• Ensure compliance with AIFMD, CSSF reporting, tax and transfer‑pricing obligations and maintain robust financial controls.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant.
• Executive finance leadership experience in a regulated fund environment.
• Proven ability to manage finance functions across multiple jurisdictions.
