Head of D2C E‑Commerce (Benelux)

About the role

Electrolux Group is seeking a commercially driven and digitally savvy leader to head its Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) e‑commerce business across the Benelux region. Reporting to the VP Commercial Area Benelux and sitting on the Benelux Leadership Team, you will be responsible for profitable growth, strategy execution and delivering an outstanding consumer experience on all online touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Own the D2C profit‑and‑loss and achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
• Develop and implement mid‑ and long‑term D2C strategy aligned with regional and group objectives.
• Drive traffic, engagement and conversion through SEO, SEM, email, display advertising and social media.
• Continuously optimise the consumer journey, conversion rates, loyalty and overall customer experience.
• Use data‑driven insights to monitor performance, evaluate campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead pricing, assortment and promotional planning in collaboration with local and central teams.
• Champion digital innovation, automation and personalization to future‑proof the business.
• Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, digital, operations and central functions, acting as the voice of the consumer.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Management, E‑commerce or a related field.
• Extensive experience in e‑commerce or digital commerce leadership, preferably within consumer goods.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, driving profitable growth and leading digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce ecosystems, online sales channels and consumer behaviour.
• Customer‑centric mindset with ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
