About the role

The Head of CoSec Operations will lead the corporate secretarial function for a leading alternative asset services platform based in Luxembourg. This senior, client‑facing position is highly strategic, offering the opportunity to shape and grow a critical business function while managing senior client relationships across private equity and real estate funds.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction of the corporate secretarial team.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships within private equity, real‑estate and asset‑management sectors.
• Oversee day‑to‑day CoSec operations, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of secretarial professionals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate CoSec services into broader business initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in corporate secretarial or related functions.
