Guest Experience Expert (Receptionist)

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will work across the property, handling requests, providing local information and completing operational tasks while maintaining a professional appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
• Move throughout the property, standing, walking and handling items up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Good command of French and English; Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in Luxembourg.
