Guest Arrival Expert (Hotel Frontline)

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert you will be the first and last point of contact for guests staying at our hotel in Luxembourg. You will create memorable first impressions during check‑in and ensure a warm, smooth departure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through arrival and departure processes, answering questions and providing local area highlights.
• Process operational tasks such as check‑in, check‑out, and reporting.
• Address guest requests promptly and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Good command of French and English; Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in Luxembourg.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and follow safety standards.
