Graduate Finance Consultant

About the role

As a Graduate Finance Consultant you will join Avantage Reply’s finance team to support leading financial institutions in risk management, finance and compliance projects. You will work closely with senior consultants and client C‑level stakeholders to design, implement and improve governance, policies, analytics and risk models.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing and integrating solutions across risk management, finance and compliance domains.
• Participate in day‑to‑day activities of financial institutions, including statutory reporting production and process enhancement.
• Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and change‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client teams, providing insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a Business‑related field.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Result‑oriented with the ability to set clear goals and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
