About the role
We are seeking a Governance Officer to support the Corporate Secretary department of Banque de Patrimoine Privées (BPP). The role focuses on coordinating senior management committees, drafting minutes, and ensuring governance processes run smoothly within our regulated banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and organise management committee meetings, prepare agendas and circulate documentation.
- Draft accurate, concise meeting minutes capturing decisions, discussions and action points.
- Maintain committee records, governance archives and update procedures as needed.
- Monitor and follow‑up on committee action items, providing status updates and escalating overdue items.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of governance processes and support regulatory inspections.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Law, Governance or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of experience in governance, committee coordination, corporate administration or company secretarial functions.
- Experience within a regulated financial institution is a strong asset.
- Exposure to senior management committees and governance bodies.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Strong drafting ability for professional meeting minutes.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
