About the role

Join a dynamic, tech‑driven team in Barcelona as a German‑speaking Online Ads Account Manager. You will shape digital strategies for promising European companies, designing impactful Google Ads campaigns and strengthening client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, fostering strong relationships and driving product adoption.
• Develop strategic, results‑driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long‑term performance.
• Upsell and optimise client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
• Analyse market trends, customer objectives and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• German language proficiency at C2 level and English at B2‑C1.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or account management, preferably client‑facing.
• Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
• Proactive, target‑driven and confident delivering presentations and building relationships.

• Full‑time hybrid role (39 hrs/week) with a salary of €24,000‑€30,000 gross per year plus up to €3,408 bonus.
