Marketing, Communication and Events Trainee

About the role

BDO Luxembourg is seeking a motivated Marketing, Communication and Events Trainee to join its team from September 2026. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience supporting both internal and client‑facing activities while developing the firm’s corporate image across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the organisation of internal events for employees and external events for clients and partners.
• Handle customer data and information securely.
• Assist teams in developing and maintaining the corporate image on web, media, social media, intranet and publications.
• Conduct market and competition monitoring.
• Design and update presentations.
• Provide administrative support to various departments.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university degree programme in Marketing or Communication.
• Dynamic, proactive and curious with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player with a good command of French and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Mailchimp.
• Photoshop.
• Strong appetite for digital tools.
