Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

MD Skin Solutions is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join its international marketing team in Luxembourg. The intern will support the development and execution of digital communication and acquisition strategies for the company’s premium aesthetic and skincare brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Assist in designing visual assets for both print and digital channels, including reels, ads and marketing materials.
• Write captions, newsletters, website copy and digital campaign texts.
• Contribute to editorial planning, content calendars and SEO optimisation initiatives.
• Support the management of SEA campaigns (Google Ads) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics and digital KPIs.
• Conduct trend watching, competitor analysis and market research.
• Help organise events and marketing activations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree student in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Internship agreement (“Convention de stage”) is mandatory.
• Available to start in July for a minimum of six months.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong interest in beauty, aesthetics, luxury or skincare industries.
• Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented with solid organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Canva and AI‑assisted graphic/video creation tools.
• Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Ads (SEA) and Meta Ads platforms.
