About the role
Join a dynamic, tech‑driven team in Barcelona as a German‑speaking Online Ads Account Manager. You will shape digital strategies for promising European companies, designing impactful Google Ads campaigns and strengthening client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, fostering strong relationships and driving product adoption.
- Develop strategic, results‑driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long‑term performance.
- Upsell and optimise client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
- Analyse market trends, customer objectives and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
- Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data‑privacy regulations.
Required profile
- German language proficiency at C2 level and English at B2‑C1.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or account management, preferably client‑facing.
- Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
- Proactive, target‑driven and confident delivering presentations and building relationships.

- Full‑time hybrid role (39 hrs/week) with a salary of €24,000‑€30,000 gross per year plus up to €3,408 bonus.
