German‑Speaking Junior Online Ads Sales Manager – Barcelona (Relocation Bonus)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Junior Online Ads Sales Manager to join our Barcelona team. You will work with German businesses and agency partners to drive growth through Google Ads solutions, while benefiting from a comprehensive relocation package.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage new and existing advertisers, building strong relationships and identifying business needs.
• Consult and upsell Google Ads, AdSense and YouTube solutions by analyzing objectives and optimizing campaigns.
• Provide strategic digital‑marketing advice to maximise ROI and ad‑spend efficiency.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.
• Guide clients through campaign setup, optimisation and expansion via phone, video calls and email.

Required profile

• Native‑level German (C2/C1) and fluent English.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, PPC or media buying.
• Strong consultative selling approach with a data‑driven mindset.
• Passion for technology, online advertising and evolving marketing trends.
