German‑Speaking Junior Online Ads Sales Manager – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Junior Online Ads Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. You will help German businesses and agency partners grow their digital advertising performance using Google Ads solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with new and existing advertisers to understand their needs and propose performance‑enhancing advertising strategies.
• Consult, upsell and optimise Google Ads, AdSense and YouTube campaigns to increase ad‑spend efficiency.
• Provide strategic digital‑marketing advice to maximise clients’ return on investment.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering superior customer experience.
• Communicate via phone, video calls and email to guide clients through campaign setup, optimisation and expansion.

Required profile

• Native‑level German (C2/C1) and fluent English.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, PPC or media buying.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Passion for technology, online advertising and evolving marketing trends.
