German-speaking Associate Lawyer – Investment Funds

About the role

GSK Stockmann is seeking a German‑speaking Associate Lawyer to join its Investment Funds & Private Equity team in Luxembourg. You will work on a variety of corporate and investment‑fund matters, supporting both domestic and cross‑border transactions for an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate and investment‑fund documents such as issuing documents, articles of association, shareholder and partnership agreements.
• Conduct legal research on national and EU legislation and relevant case law.
• Support senior lawyers in structuring and executing high‑profile investment fund transactions.
• Collaborate with other GSK offices and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience as a jurist or qualified lawyer in Luxembourg, focusing on Investment Fund law.
• Registered or in the process of registration with the Luxembourg Bar or an equivalent EU bar.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English; French or additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Legal drafting and negotiation of investment‑fund documentation.
• Legal research in Luxembourg and EU law.
