Senior Attorney – Partner Track (Luxembourg)

About the role

JURISCONSUL, a leading Luxembourg‑based law firm specializing in IP and IT law, is seeking a Senior Attorney to join the firm in a strategic, partnership‑driven capacity. The role offers the chance to build a long‑term partnership alongside the Managing Partner while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand an existing client portfolio.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage the firm’s client relationships.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and overall direction.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice within your area of expertise.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner on firm development.
• Help structure and expand practice areas.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers as the team grows.

Required profile

• Fully qualified lawyer in Luxembourg (Avocat à la Cour).
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in a Luxembourg law firm (senior associate) or more for partner track.
• Proven ability to originate, develop, and retain clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in building a practice.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and business‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and French.
