Mid-level Real Estate Lawyer (m/f/x)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated mid‑level Real Estate lawyer to join our Luxembourg office. You will work in a diverse environment on both local and cross‑border real‑estate and M&A matters, supporting institutional clients and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on real‑estate transactions, forward sale agreements and value‑add development projects.
• Support complex lease arrangements, construction projects and large‑scale refurbishment programmes.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross‑border deals and M&A matters.
• Provide legal input on urban planning, property development and, when required, real‑estate litigation.

Required profile

• Law degree, preferably with distinction; an LL.M. from an American or English university is a plus.
• 3‑4 years of experience in Luxembourg real‑estate law, including technical matters such as urban planning and property development.
• Eligibility to attend the CCDL or equivalent qualification in another EU jurisdiction.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French; German is an asset.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
