Nous recherchons un(e) GenAI Engineer / AI Architect pour accompagner la stratégie d’intelligence artificielle générative.La mission s’inscrit dans un programme stratégique visant à développer une plateforme interne de connaissance basée sur des LLM privés, avec un fort focus sur les architectures RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), l’industrialisation des plateformes IA et l’intégration de solutions GenAI dans un environnement d’entreprise.Vous interviendrez sur des sujets innovants autour de l’IA générative, de l’évaluation et de l’intégration de modèles open source, ainsi que sur l’optimisation des performances et de la scalabilité des solutions IA.Job DescriptionConcevoir et développer des solutions basées sur des LLM privés et open source.Définir et implémenter des architectures RAG haute performance.Participer à l’industrialisation des plateformes IA.Développer des POC et expérimenter de nouvelles approches GenAI.Évaluer, intégrer et optimiser des modèles d’intelligence artificielle open source.Améliorer les performances des modèles et réduire les temps de réponse.Collaborer avec les équipes Data Scientists, Data Engineers, IT et métiers.Participer à l’intégration de solutions GenAI dans le paysage applicatif existant.Assurer la documentation, la gouvernance, la sécurité et l’observabilité des solutions IA.Contribuer au respect des exigences réglementaires (AI Act, RGPD).ProfileDiplôme Bac+5 en Informatique, Data Science, Intelligence Artificielle ou équivalent.Expérience pratique dans la conception et le déploiement de solutions IA / GenAI.Capacité à travailler sur des problématiques d’architecture et de plateforme.Esprit d’innovation et intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies IA.PythonLLM / Generative AIRAG architecturesLangChain ou frameworks équivalents Agents IA Intégration de modèles open sourceAPIs RESTEnvironnements distribuésBases de données SQL / NoSQL Français : courantAnglais : professionnel With us, you’re on the right trackLeveraging your expertise, we present tailored project options.
