About the role

JPMorgan is seeking a Fund Servicing Manager III to lead a dynamic team within its fund services division. This senior position combines deep fund accounting expertise with strategic oversight of operations, client service, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for each administered fund, ensuring strict adherence to controls.
• Lead resolution of complex accounting or securities transaction issues that breach system validation tolerances.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to increase efficiency, scalability, and resilience of the operating platform, leveraging process automation.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Implement strategic plans and manage projects or system implementations to meet short‑ and mid‑term objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in fund accounting and administration with a proven record of maintaining accurate securities records.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a diverse team, driving performance and a positive work environment.
• Advanced proficiency in process automation and a history of delivering automation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and emotional intelligence skills.
• Excellent listening and questioning abilities for effective coaching.
