About the role

As a Financial Services Business Consultant at Antea Advisory, you will work with leading banks, insurers, asset managers and fund services firms to drive transformation, operational excellence and resilience. You will join a fast‑growing Luxembourg‑based consultancy that values innovation and client impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in designing and implementing business transformation initiatives across finance, risk, regulatory and digital domains.
• Apply best‑practice methodologies to improve efficiency, governance and compliance.
• Conduct research, produce white papers and contribute to the development of new service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or within a financial institution (banking, insurance, asset management or funds).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Client‑first mindset with a proactive, collaborative attitude.
