Key responsibilities

• Oversee and analyse financial performance, ensuring accurate cost control and insightful reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgeting processes, including detailed cost analysis to support business strategy.
• Identify improvement areas and implement financial optimisation measures.
• Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to strategic decisions across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a controlling role within Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English and German; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, independence and a proactive mindset.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
