Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial management of three Luxembourg entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with local accounting and tax regulations, and effective treasury operations. Acting as the main finance business partner for local management, the role supports the Group's strategic objectives through rigorous performance analysis and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting and reporting for three Luxembourg entities, ensuring completeness and integrity of records.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP.
• Maintain compliance with Group Accounting Manual, accounting policies, and internal control requirements.
• Review balance‑sheet reconciliations, fixed‑asset accounting, depreciation, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial analysis, KPIs and dashboards for decision‑making.
• Coordinate quarterly Group consolidation, validate reporting packages, and ensure consistency of intercompany balances.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, long‑term financial projections and profitability analyses.
• Manage daily cash position, rolling cash‑flow forecasts, working‑capital performance and banking relationships.
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance for all Luxembourg entities.
