Finance Manager – FP&A for AMXL

About the role

Join Amazon’s EU AMXL FP&A team as a Finance Manager and shape the financial future of the Heavy & Bulky delivery network. You will partner with finance, operations, and senior business leaders to provide strategic insights and drive performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the consolidation of EU AMXL financials and deliver compelling narratives to senior leadership.
• Lead all financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly finance reviews with strategic recommendations.
• Drive month‑end close processes in partnership with Accounting and cross‑functional teams.
• Establish and enhance controllership practices, internal controls, variance analysis, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure data fidelity across reporting systems such as Cognos, Discovery, Redshift, PS Decks, and Balto.
• Partner with product and BI teams to automate and scale financial reporting.
• Build robust finance processes and tools to support tactical and strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with a proven record of delivering results in ambiguous environments.
• Strong bias for action and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success partnering across finance, operations, and product teams.
