Finance and Business Administration Analyst

About the role

The Finance and Business Administration Analyst will support daily financial and administrative operations for a leading global investment firm in Luxembourg. Reporting to a Corporate Finance Associate, the role offers exposure to budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring, invoicing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow‑up contracts related to rent and service fees.
• Maintain entity records in collaboration with legal teams.
• Issue invoices, credit notes, track payments and perform reconciliations.
• Coordinate with local accountants and external partners.
• Support budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring and input monthly P&L data into internal reporting systems.
• Review employee expense reports, manage approval workflows and reconcile corporate credit‑card statements.
• Assist with annual audit processes and compliance activities.
• Support payroll, employee benefits administration and general HR‑related tasks.
• Contribute to office management, supplier coordination and business continuity processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, accounting or related administrative roles.
• Previous exposure to financial services or private‑market investments is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player comfortable working in an international, multicultural setting.
