Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our fast‑growing international investment platform and family office in Luxembourg. This hands‑on position spans accounting, treasury, financial controlling and investment reporting for a range of private equity, listed securities and real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO, external advisers and the investment team.
• Manage treasury operations, including payments, capital calls, distributions and day‑to‑day cash management.
• Monitor operating expenses, liquidity and inter‑company transactions.
• Coordinate bookkeeping with external accounting firms and review quarterly financial statements.
• Support annual accounts, audits and tax filings.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of investment performance and portfolio data.
• Support investment operations, including bank reconciliations and capital‑call processing.
• Prepare budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and management reporting for Board meetings.
• Improve finance processes and strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Luxembourg financial services and private‑equity investment funds.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• Strong accounting knowledge with treasury and financial‑operations exposure.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Hands‑on, organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
