Field Service Technician – Industrial Maintenance & Modernisation

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Technical Service team. You will work on the maintenance, troubleshooting and modernisation of equipment in iron and steelmaking plants as well as environmental‑technology facilities, splitting your time between on‑site assignments abroad and our Luxembourg test centre.

Key responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspection, routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support equipment modernisation projects.
• Supervise erection and assist with commissioning activities.
• Document site work progress and generate after‑sales service reports.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in mechanics or mechatronics.
• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment (considered an asset).
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad for 3–5 days per week and work on‑site in Luxembourg.
