Field Service Technician – Industrial Maintenance

About the role

As a Field Service Technician you will support the Technical Service team in maintaining and modernising plants in the iron and steelmaking sector as well as in environmental technology. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, applying a precise and pragmatic approach.

Key responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspection, maintenance support and troubleshooting.
• Carry out equipment modernisation projects.
• Supervise erection and assist with commissioning activities.
• Document site work progress.
• Provide after‑sales services to customers.

Required profile

• Technician qualification in mechanics or mechatronics.
• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial setting (considered an asset).
• Good command of English.
• Open personality with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to spend half of the time abroad (3–5 days site interventions) and the other half in Luxembourg for test‑facility and office work.
