Field Service Technician – Industrial Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Technical Service team. You will support the maintenance, modernization, and after‑sales service of iron and steelmaking plants as well as environmental technology installations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain equipment on site.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement modernization measures.
• Supervise erection and assist with commissioning activities.
• Document progress of site work.
• Provide after‑sales support to customers.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in mechanics or mechatronics.
• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment (preferred).
• Strong command of English.
• Open personality with good communication skills.
• Willingness to spend 3–5 days per week abroad and the remainder in Luxembourg.
