Event & Hospitality Assistant

About the role

The Event & Hospitality Assistant supports the planning and execution of live concerts and related events at Luxembourg's premier venue. Working closely with multiple teams, you will help ensure that artists, guests and the public receive a seamless, high‑quality hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and delivery of live events, corporate functions and social gatherings.
• Coordinate hospitality and backstage requirements with artists' management teams.
• Liaise with vendors for catering, merchandise, décor and other event services to guarantee timely delivery.
• Oversee on‑site hospitality services for the public, artists, premium and VIP guests.
• Manage inventory of event supplies, maintain records and track budgets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth execution of all event elements.

Required profile

• Education or proven experience in Hospitality Management or Event Production.
• Knowledge of the live‑entertainment sector and a passion for music.
• Experience handling large‑scale catering or restaurant operations.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English; Luxembourgish or German a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with macOS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
