Entry Level Brand Sales Specialist – International Program

About the role

Join IBM’s Sales Accelerator Program as an Entry Level Brand Sales Specialist. You will develop core technology sales capabilities while supporting IBM sales teams and engaging with clients across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales cycle from early prospecting through qualified opportunities.
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and technology needs.
• Contribute to client conversations and early solution positioning.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, solution teams, and partners on opportunities.
• Build pipeline through outreach, lead follow‑up, and opportunity development.
• Participate in structured sales training, certifications, and skill‑development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduate with up to 12 months of full‑time professional experience.
• Strong interest in technology sales and client engagement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and learning mindset.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the hiring market.
• Willingness to relocate for the 18‑month assignment in Valencia, Spain.

Required skills

• Exposure to enterprise technology areas such as AI, cloud, data, or automation.
