Enterprise Architect (Luxembourg)

About the role

Fortil is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and lead the target architecture of client information systems and its own solution portfolio. Working at the intersection of business, technology and strategy, you will ensure solutions are consistent, scalable and compliant with regulatory and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap covering applications, data, integration, infrastructure and security.
• Develop solution architectures for strategic projects and guarantee alignment with the target architecture.
• Design and maintain reference frameworks such as capability maps, application catalogs and data models, and set architecture guidelines.
• Support transformation initiatives by creating roadmaps, assessing risks and prioritising actions.
• Advise and train project teams and governance bodies on technology choices, integration patterns and best practices.
• Lead architecture governance activities, including committees, design reviews and decision follow‑up.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards and performance/scalability constraints.
• Monitor emerging technologies and propose relevant innovations for Fortil’s offering portfolio.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT architecture, including complex transformation and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and urbanisation methodologies.
• Proven experience designing cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), micro‑services, API management and application integration.
• Expertise in data modelling and knowledge of data‑governance principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information and facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English.
