Dispatcher / Planner

About the role

Wallenborn Transports is seeking a motivated Dispatcher/Planner to join its headquarters in Munsbach, Luxembourg. You will play a key part in coordinating truck departures and arrivals, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage departures and arrivals according to customer requests and orders.
• Organise truck provisions based on customer specifications.
• Maintain smooth and successful daily operations.
• Follow commercial decisions and instructions.
• Ensure drivers adhere to all safety instructions.

Required profile

• Graduate in Transport, Logistics or a related field.
• Fluent in French, German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
