Director Regulatory Affairs

About the role

PM-International is seeking a highly organized Director of Regulatory Affairs to lead global regulatory activities for dietary supplements and ingredients. Based at the International Headquarters in Schengen, Luxembourg, you will work closely with regional teams and external consultants to ensure compliance worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global Regulatory Affairs activities for dietary supplements and supplement ingredients.
• Collaborate with Regional Regulatory Affairs teams in APAC and the Americas.
• Drive re‑organization of worldwide Regulatory Affairs structures, integrating new external consultants.
• Coordinate with subject‑matter experts and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory authorities and manufacturers globally.
• Maintain cooperation with industry associations and represent the company in regulatory matters.
• Support Product Development with compliant product innovation and market entry.
• Ensure efficient cross‑functional communication and provide regulatory guidance across internal departments.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in international Regulatory Affairs within the dietary supplement or ingredient sector.
• Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Law, Food Chemistry, Nutrition Science, Regulatory Science, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and regulatory functions.
• Strong experience in global registration and regulatory submission processes.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and interdisciplinary environments.
• Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with authorities, manufacturers, and industry partners.
• Fluency in English (minimum); additional languages are an asset.
