Director Finance, Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Finance for Operations & Supply Chain to provide financial leadership across our manufacturing and logistics functions. Reporting to the VP Finance, FP&A and acting as the finance partner to the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee all financial aspects of the Operations and Supply Chain divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budget for Operations and Supply Chain.
• Provide financial guidance and insights to support decision‑making.
• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver monthly financial reports to the executive team.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, analysing variances between actual results and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality and Central Operational Support to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Manage a team of five direct reports and approximately ten staff across Bolton and Luxembourg.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership within Operations or Supply Chain environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with senior operational leaders such as a COO.
• Ability to manage and develop finance teams across multiple locations.
