About the role
We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales professional to drive growth of our IT services and digital transformation portfolio. The role combines relationship building, solution consulting and market representation across Luxembourg.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships based on trust, advisory, and measurable value.
- Act as the liaison between client expectations, our service portfolio and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to extend existing services with tailored or new solutions that deliver strong ROI.
- Present solutions as partnership opportunities rather than simple upsells.
- Translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps, coordinating pre‑sales and technical experts.
- Own the full consultative sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Represent the company at industry events and stay current on digital transformation trends such as Cloud, AI, Automation, Data, CX and Blockchain.
Required profile
- 6–10 years of consultative sales experience in IT services or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to bridge business objectives with technical capabilities and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg’s IT and digital transformation landscape.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long‑term client value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and advisory skills.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative, able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Fluent English; French, Dutch, German or Luxembourgish are strong assets.
