Digital Transformation & Controlling Manager – Luxembourg

About the role

We are partnering with a family office in Luxembourg to create a new Digital Transformation and Controlling Manager position. The role combines full‑cycle financial control with the leadership of a large‑scale digital transformation of finance systems, reporting tools and key performance indicators across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment and optimisation of a complete financial and reporting software suite (ERP, consolidation API, reporting, BI).
• Act as business owner of finance systems, ensuring alignment with group needs, scalability and data‑quality improvements.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external integrators throughout implementation phases.
• Design and oversee group‑level controlling and reporting frameworks for real‑estate entities.
• Develop, monitor and continuously improve real‑estate KPIs such as asset performance, cash flow, yield, occupancy, capex and debt metrics.
• Produce and supervise management reporting for senior management, ensuring consistency and transparency across jurisdictions.
• Support ad‑hoc projects including acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings and portfolio analysis.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in financial controlling, reporting or finance transformation.
• Proven track record deploying a full finance/reporting software suite in a multi‑entity environment.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong exposure to real‑estate asset management and performance monitoring.
