Digital Retail Manager – Music Licensing & Partnerships

About the role

Believe, a global artist development company operating in 50+ countries, is looking for a Digital Retail manager in Luxembourg. You will lead and support the group's license deals and partnerships with its Digital Service Providers (DSPs), working with the President of Global Digital Business and collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Data and other internal stakeholders to implement the partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and recommend commercial deal conditions for DSP renewals and new product launches, in collaboration with the President of Global Digital Business
• Take an innovative approach to DSP partnerships to achieve department objectives
• Lead, generate and oversee ScoreCard presentations and discussions
• Work with the data team to develop deal economics and recommended conditions
• Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Reporting, Finance, Legal, Tax and Data to implement partnerships
• Ensure deal terms and conditions comply with data team requirements
• Implement and oversee licensing for subsidiaries under the Believe Group
• Build relationships with DSP partners to create business development opportunities

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in music licensing or DSP partnerships, with a proven track record of drafting and negotiating DSP contracts
• Able to manage a small team
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
