Delivery Station Team Lead

About the role

The Delivery Station Team Lead supports the station supervisor in daily operations and leads a shift team to ensure efficient, on‑time deliveries. You will coordinate associates, sorters, and drivers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in managing daily station activities.
• Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Conduct team briefings and enforce safety and quality procedures.
• Identify and report performance or service issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with transport, customer service, and other internal teams as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners.
• Experience with logistics software and systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
