Data Specialist – AI Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Data Specialist to lead the design, development, and operation of enterprise AI solutions at our Belval Campus in Luxembourg. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to drive AI adoption and ensure secure, compliant, and accessible AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise AI solutions and core AI tools.
• Build and manage Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and chatbot solutions.
• Integrate internal data sources and deliver reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
• Design and maintain no‑code solutions for AI deployment and management.
• Support AI security, compliance, accessibility, and privacy initiatives.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to drive AI adoption and user enablement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work across business, product, security, and operations teams.
• Fluent in English and French; German and Luxembourgish are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong experience in AI product development.
• Experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and chatbot platforms.
• Cloud deployment experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Good understanding of data orchestration and integration principles.
• Knowledge of AI security best practices.
• Experience supporting user adoption, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of accessibility, privacy, and compliance requirements.

What we offer

• Daily rate of €530.
• 6‑month renewable fixed‑term contract starting September 2026.
• Work onsite at the Belval Campus in Luxembourg.
