Data Protection Intern (GDPR)

About the role

Join the Compliance team at Deutsche Börse Group as a Data Protection Intern. You will work closely with the Data Protection Officer and support the implementation of GDPR requirements across Clearstream Fund Centre S.A.

Key responsibilities

• Support the data protection area to ensure compliance with GDPR and related regulations.
• Handle internal and external data‑protection inquiries.
• Prepare analyses and reports on current data‑protection topics.
• Assist in organising and delivering data‑protection training sessions.
• Participate in project‑related activities and perform administrative and organisational tasks.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (ideally law or a comparable field with a focus on GDPR) and able to provide an internship agreement, or graduated within the last six months.
• Strong interest in personal data protection and the financial industry.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Excellent written and spoken English (French or German is a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
