Data Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Data Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of data management services for a European institutional environment. The role combines coordination of architecture, integration, quality, master data and analytics with planning, risk management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the full delivery lifecycle of data management services.
• Coordinate activities across data architecture, integration, data quality, MDM, analytics and documentation.
• Manage planning, delivery follow‑up, resource allocation, risks, issues and continuous‑improvement actions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and architecture standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration among business, IT, architecture, governance and delivery teams.
• Support reporting, prioritisation, service monitoring and delivery quality assurance.
• Maintain delivery commitments, timelines and service expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years ICT experience, including at least 3 years in Data Delivery Management.
• At least 5 years experience in Data Management and Project Management.
• Experience on a project of ≥ 1 year with a budget of ≥ EUR 2 million.
• University studies (≥ 3 years) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• ITIL Foundation (or equivalent) and DAMA CDMP Associate (or equivalent) certifications.
• English or French at minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
• Ability to reach the CJEU premises in Luxembourg within 2 hours (3 hours in emergencies) by ground transport.
