Data Analyst

About the role

Luxtrust is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join its team in Capellen on a permanent basis. The role focuses on building scalable Python code, creating data pipelines, and delivering actionable insights to support machine‑learning initiatives and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑quality, scalable Python code and develop data‑engineering pipelines for ML model training.
• Gather, clean, and automate data collection from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, identify trends, and generate statistical insights.
• Design and maintain reports and interactive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, debug programs, and prioritize feature requests.
• Document tools, create user manuals, and provide Level‑3 support for data‑related tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Python developer.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, PyTorch).
• Web frameworks such as Django and Pyramid.
• Front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Database systems: SQL and NoSQL.
