Cyber Security Engineer – IAM

About the role

Sogeti is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer specialized in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, implement, and maintain secure access solutions across the organization. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to strengthen our security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
• Develop and maintain user lifecycle processes and role‑based access control models.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Monitor, audit and report on access activities to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Perform identity risk assessments and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot IAM‑related issues and provide technical support.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Experience with Active Directory and cloud identity services.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
